 Emanyata Secondary School is proud to welcome students from a wide range of pastoralist communities across Tanzania, each bringing their unique stories, traditions, and strengths. Coming from similar cultural roots, our students naturally accept and respect one another, creating a supportive and inclusive school environment.

As a mixed-gender, boarding school, we provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where all students, regardless of background, can learn, grow together and truly be themselves.

Here, they are free to express their identities, share their traditions, and take pride in their cultural heritage without fear of judgment  Living and learning together, students from different communities build lasting friendships, learn from one another, and grow into respectful, compassionate, and open-minded individuals, developing a strong sense of community.

In addition, many of our students come from underprivileged backgrounds and have faced personal challenges that affected their primary school performance. We don’t let this define them. With the right support, these students unlock their potential and excel! Students receive 24/7 support, helping them build confidence, develop resilience, and prepare to succeed in whatever life path they choose. In fact, most Emanyata graduates go on to attend advanced secondary schools, colleges, and universities, earning certificates, diplomas, and degrees.
